For years, I’ve relied on a pair of produce peelers. One is red, the other green. Green is for hard-skinned produce like potatoes, carrots, applesโthe red peeler for delicate, soft-skinned items like tomatoes, pears, and grapes. OK, just kidding about the grapes, but you get the idea…

I have this peeler and I am thrilled. It is a great tool for all veggies. I have arthritis and this tool is so much easier to use. Even works on potatoes that have gotten a little to soft to peel.
I do not have this peeler so I can’t comment on it. I do have an OXO peeler that literally changed my life. I refused to peel carrots before because it was so difficult for me. The OXO sharpener has such a comfortable handle and, despite not having a sharpener, has never felt dull in the decade I’ve owned it. I have gifted one to many people over the years.
