Everyday Cheapskate’s Commenting Guidelines

Welcome to the Everyday Cheapskate Community! We’re so glad you’re here.

Our goal is to foster an engaging and expert community. We know that this matter of living well, below your means can be complicated and that we can all benefit from others’ experiences.

We encourage you to share your comments, provided they are useful and edifying. EC is not a debate site. Nor is it a chat room. If you have a differing opinion, fine, but this is not the place for you to take the opportunity to convince the EC audience of that opinion.

You will not be compensated in any way when posting a comment or review on the Everyday Cheapskate website. When you post a comment, you agree to Everyday Cheapskate’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Everyday Cheapskate’s Posting Guidelines.

All comments are moderated, and that can take time so please, do not repost if you don’t see your comment show up immediately. If you do not see your comment, you can assume it did not meet these guidelines.

Do not post infringing content defined as any material that you do not have the right to transmit under law (such as copyrights, trade secrets, or securities) or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

Do not knowingly post false information. Do not misrepresent yourself or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. Do not submit a comment or review that is false, deceptive, or inaccurate.
