How to Make Instant Pot Mini Frittatas
To get started, place your chopped turkey bacon at the bottom of three heat-proof ramekins. Next, layer on the diced vegetables, which will add a lovely mix of flavors and nutrients.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined, then pour this mixture over the veggies in each ramekin. For a final touch, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Cover each ramekin with foil, and place them on the trivet inside your Instant Pot, with 1 cup of water at the bottom. Set the Instant Pot to cook on High Pressure for 10 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, use the quick-release method to release the pressure. Carefully remove the ramekins, serve, and enjoy your delicious, homemade mini frittatas!
Customizing Your Instant Pot Mini Frittatas for Any Diet

I dont have an Instant Pot. Is the recipe convertible to oven ?
Yes, you can definitely make these in a traditional oven. You’ll just need to adjust the cooking time. I would start with the oven at 375 and a cook time of 10-15 mins. Make sure you’re watching and check that the centers are getting set then remove from the ramekin right away. Here’s a general guide on recipe conversion for Instant Pots.
This recipe sounds delicious. Just wondering what size ramekins are recommended for the mini frittatas?
I recommend 6oz but anything similar would work fine. Here’s the ramekins I recommend: https://amzn.to/4cdcJrU

Absolutely! That’s the great thing about frittatas, you can put in anything you think sounds good.
