    I stopped putting celery in my chicken tuna or potato salad because I hate dealing with the strings but I like a little crunch. So I buy julian carrots and chop them up and add to the mix. And I also add some mustard onion powder and seasoned salt. Good basic recipe.

      You can, but some of the ingredients don’t freeze very well, specifically the mayo. When thawed it might separate and be unappetizing. The best option would be to freeze the chicken and make as much salad as you can use in 2-3 days, which is how long it will last in the refrigerator.
