- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- Pinch kosher salt
- Pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 6 oz leftover roasted turkey shredded or sliced
- 4 slices white cheddar cheese
