Ingredients

  • 8 apples peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar light or dark

Instructions

  • Combine apples and water in the slow cooker. Set to Low and cook for 6 to 8 hours, until the apples are soft and flavors are well blended.
  • Stir in the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice, then continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
