  • 8 apples, peeled, cored, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup water
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed, light or dark
  • ½ tspn pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  • Combine the apples and water in a slow cooker; cook on Low for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Stir in the brown sugar and pumpkin pie spice; continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes. Servings: 8
