Mexican Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tspn ground cumin
  • 1 tspn chili powder
  • ¼ tspn salt

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, or whisk together in a bowl. Store in refrigerator and use within two weeks.
