Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or chopped very finely
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a small jar that has a lid. Shake well. Keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. So yummy.
