- ⅓ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- ⅓ water
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar granulated white
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tspn paprika
- ¼ tspn black pepper coarse grind
- ¼ tspn garlic powder
- ¼ tspn cayenne
- ⅛ tspn onion powder
- 1 pinch dry thyme
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, whisking often, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
Cover the dressing until cool then place it in the refrigerator to chill. Yield: About 1 cup dressing.
