Queso (Cheese) Dip
Who doesn't love smooth queso made with real cheese? Paired with tortilla or corn chips expect this queso to disappear quickly. Thankfully, you can make another batch in oh, about 5 minutes.

- 1 cup half and half
- 1 tbspn cornstarch
- 8 oz. medium sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Place half and half and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Whisk until smooth.
Heat over medium heat stirring constantly just until it begins to boil. Reduce heat to simmer, continuing to stir, for about 30 seconds.
Remove from heat.
Immediately stir in shredded cheese and continue to stir until smooth and lovely. Serve hot, immediately.
Note:
Feel free to spice it up with your favorite hot sauce, chopped jalapeno, red pepper flakes or whatever suits your fancy!
