Avocado Dressing and Dip

Also known as Green Goddess, this salad dressing is spectacular! Easy to make, too

  • 1 avocado perfectly ripe
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice more or less to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tspn dried dill or 1 tbsp fresh, chopped
  • ½ tspn salt
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper


  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor bowl. Blend or process until creamy and smooth. Keep in the refrigerator in a lidded container.
