- 1 (12-ounce bag) fresh cranberries
- ½ cup white granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, light or dark, tightly packed
- 1 ½ cups water
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan wet over medium heat
Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
Spoon off any foam that forms.
Serve hot or cold.
