Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp chunky jarred salsa
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Scoop the flesh from the avocados into a bowl.
  • Mash with a fork until you reach your desired consistency—chunky or smooth!
  • Stir in the salsa and lime juice. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips, tacos, or as a topping for your favorite dishes.

Notes

  • Make it your own! Add diced onions, fresh cilantro, or a pinch of cayenne for extra flavor.
  • Want it spicier? Use a spicier salsa or mix in diced jalapeños.
  • Keep it fresh! To prevent browning, press a layer of plastic wrap directly onto the surface of the guacamole before storing in the fridge. Best enjoyed within 24 hours.
  • Serving tip: This is the perfect quick dip for taco night, game day, or whenever the craving hits!
