- 1 pound jack cheese, grated
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 bunch green onions (scallions), chopped
- 1-2 cans minced clams, drained
- 2 round loaves sourdough bread
In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients until well blended.
Cut off the tops of the sourdough bread loaves and set them aside.
Hollow out the loaves. Pour the mixed dip into the hollowed-out loaves and replace the tops.
