Hey, that was quick! It’s already Friday again.
Is it just me, or does it seem like January has been the longest month ever?! I am so ready for the weekend.
Recently, I had the perfect opportunity to test a tip sent in by a reader: “Before you pay full price for ground beef, look at other cuts of beef that might be on sale. If the price is better, ask the butcher to grind that roast or steak.”
I put that tip to the test, and Wow! What a difference. I saved 50% on ground beef.
I got home, divided the meat into about one-pound portions, and put them in the freezer. Now what? What can anyone with a family to feed do with just one pound of ground beef? I can’t wait to tell you, in today’s post. See you there!
