Official EC Puzzles Rules of Play

1. Everyone is welcome to play EC Puzzles.
2. Only active EC Daily Email subscribers with a U.S. mailing address are eligible to win prizes. Sign Up.
3. This puzzle season at Everyday Cheapskate runs from October 1 to December 31, 2022, with a new puzzle every Saturday.
4. Clues and answers for all crossword puzzles come directly from the designated week’s daily emails, including linked and/or mentioned pages, articles, posts, etc., within those daily emails.
5. Upon successfully completing a puzzle, the player must register for that specific puzzle with the same email address used as an EC email subscriber if he or she wishes to compete for prizes. A form will pop up prompting the player to register.
6. Each week, one Weekly Winner will be chosen randomly on Friday (following the Saturday release) at 12:00 noon MT. That winner will be notified and will move on to compete for Monthly Winner, also chosen randomly.
7. Winners will be notified via email with a request for that winner’s U.S. mailing address. Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in forfeiture.
8. All prizes will be delivered via U.S. Mail. Cash will be paid by business check.
9. Mary Hunt will settle any disputes, and decisions will be final.
10. The rules, terms of competition, eligibility, and puzzles may change and or be discontinued anytime without notice.
