Hi Mary, I love your timely newsletter! I have the Bose Quiet Comfort ear buds but I cannot seem to be able to keep them in my ears. I have tried all of the various tips that were included; I am using the smallest ones, but they fall out constantly. Do you know if Bose has other options for this model? They are expensive so I really don’t want to buy a new pair or try a different brand.
