Day 23

40-Day Challenge Day 23

Day 23

When cooking this month, double your favorite meals and freeze the leftovers. Then, when things get rushed right before Christmas, you won’t fret about making dinner or spending money on take-out.

Listen …

Make meals ahead and freeze them. On those very busy days in mid-December, you’ll stay relaxed and stress-free knowing that dinner will be on the table just like usual. Right! Your family is used to that, right? 🤭

Unfortunately we do a lot of eating out during the holidays. We also have a lot of leftovers from that. Which is good. For our Christmas meal we keep it simple with finger foods. Everybody, who can, brings an item and dessert. After having a big meal at Thanksgiving, it’s more laid back.
